中國照明電器協(xié)會（China Association of Lighting Industry）是由照明電器行業(yè)的企業(yè)、事業(yè)單位自愿組成的社會團體，是經(jīng)中華人民共和國民政部正式注冊的全國唯一的照明電器行業(yè)的社團組織，具有社會團體法人資格。中國照明電器協(xié)會成立于1989年，是全國性的，不受地區(qū)、部門和所有制限制的非營利性社會團體，協(xié)會的上級主管部門是國資委，官方網(wǎng)站為http://www.chineselighting.org/。
協(xié)會的宗旨是遵守憲法、法律、法規(guī)和國家政策，遵守社會道德風尚，溝通企業(yè)之間、行業(yè)之間、企業(yè)與政府之間的關(guān)系，協(xié)調(diào)同行業(yè)利益，維護會員的合法權(quán)益和行業(yè)的整體利益，促進行業(yè)發(fā)展，繁榮社會主義市場經(jīng)濟。
協(xié)會下設(shè)7個專業(yè)委員會，即電光源專業(yè)委員會、燈具專業(yè)委員會、燈頭燈座專業(yè)委員會、電器附件專業(yè)委員會、專用材料專業(yè)委員會、霓虹燈專業(yè)委員會和半導體照明專業(yè)委員會，兩個工作委員會及信息工作委員會和人才培訓專業(yè)委員會。
協(xié)會的主要業(yè)務范圍包括：
1、開展對國內(nèi)外同行業(yè)發(fā)展狀況的調(diào)查研究，向政府部門反映會員的愿望和要求，提出制定行業(yè)規(guī)劃、政策、立法等方面的建議。
2、開展行業(yè)調(diào)查統(tǒng)計，收集和發(fā)布行業(yè)信息。
3、創(chuàng)辦行業(yè)協(xié)會出版物。
4、參與制訂和修訂行業(yè)的產(chǎn)品標準。
5、組織本行業(yè)的產(chǎn)品展覽和訂貨，開展技術(shù)交流和合作。
6、開展咨詢服務。為會員提供國內(nèi)外技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟、管理、市場等方面的信息。
7、組織管理與技術(shù)方面的人才培訓。
8、與國外同行業(yè)及相關(guān)組織建立聯(lián)系，開展國際交流與合作。
9、維護會員合法權(quán)益，協(xié)調(diào)會員關(guān)系，商定行規(guī)行約。
10、承辦政府及有關(guān)部門委托的工作。
根據(jù)協(xié)會宗旨和業(yè)務范圍，十幾年來協(xié)會在全行業(yè)開展了大量工作。目前協(xié)會擁有1000余名會員，會員中幾乎包括了所有行業(yè)內(nèi)的骨干企業(yè)。照明電器行業(yè)“八五”、“九五”、“十五”、“十一五”的發(fā)展計劃均出自協(xié)會；行業(yè)權(quán)威的統(tǒng)計也全部出自協(xié)會；協(xié)會目前辦有三個刊物，即《中國照明電器》、《照明電器簡報》和《照明》；協(xié)會組織行業(yè)標準和國家標準的制定工作，協(xié)會理事長任全國照明電器標準化技術(shù)委員會主任；協(xié)會連續(xù)十年每年在國內(nèi)組織照明電器展覽會，連續(xù)十幾年每年組織全行業(yè)訂貨會，連續(xù)七年每年組織行業(yè)內(nèi)企業(yè)參加在國外舉辦的國際照明展。同時協(xié)會每年均舉辦不同形式的學術(shù)研討會、市場研討會、產(chǎn)品發(fā)布會，以促進企業(yè)間的交流與合作。協(xié)會每年為國內(nèi)外照明界包括PHILIPS、GE、OSRAM等大型跨國公司提供大量咨詢。協(xié)會的人才培訓工作委員會每年均舉辦技術(shù)培訓；協(xié)會與國外同行業(yè)組織和企業(yè)建立了密切的聯(lián)系；協(xié)會經(jīng)常營會員企業(yè)的要求，為會員企業(yè)提供免費服務，在會員企業(yè)中具有很高威信。
協(xié)會的優(yōu)勢是全面、細致地了解行業(yè)企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營狀況，產(chǎn)品的標準、認證、質(zhì)量狀況，企業(yè)技術(shù)、設(shè)備、原材料供應狀況，市場銷售狀況。

Brief introduction of CALI
China Association of Lighting Industry (ab. CALI) is a voluntary community group composed of lighting industry enterprises and institutions. It is officially registered as China's only nationwide lighting industry community organizations by the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic (MCA). It has the status of legal person as a social organization.
CALI, founded in 1989, is a national, non-profit social group, without regional, sector and ownership’s restrictions. Our association’s supervisors sector is State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, the people’s republic of China (SASAC).
The tents of CALI are to abide by the constitution, laws, regulations, and state policy. Comply with the social morality, CALI communicates between enterprises, industries, enterprises and government’s relations, coordinates lighting industry’s interests, safeguards the legitimate rights and interests of its members, and protect the industry’s overall interests. CALI does its best to promote the lighting industry's development, and contribute to socialistic market economic boom.
CALI has seven professional committees, namely, Light Source Committee, Luminaire Committee, Caps & lamp holders Committee, Electrical Accessories Committee, Specialized Materials Committee, Neon Lighting Committee and LED Lighting Committee; Three working committees which are Information Service Committee, Personnel Training Committee and Lighting Engineering Committee.
The major scope of business
* Investigation and study on the development of both domestic and foreign lighting industry, put forward the members’ wishes and demands to the government departments, advice on the develop planning, policies, legislation of domestic lighting industry’s and etc.
* Protect the legitimate rights and interests of members, trade co-ordination and self-discipline on guild regulations.
* Investigate and statistical work on lighting industry data, Information collection and release for industries.
* Industries publications.
* Develop and revise the product standards.
* Organize the exhibitions and trade actives, holds the technical intercommunion and cooperation.
* Consulting services and information release on technical, economic, management, marketing and others of both domestic and foreign industry to the members.
* Personnel training on management and technique.
* Establishing the relationship with foreign lighting industry associations and related organizations, to promote international communion and cooperation.
* Undertake the task commissioned by the government and the relevant departments.
