臺(tái)灣薄膜晶體管液晶顯示器產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)（Taiwan TFT LCD Association）簡稱臺(tái)灣TFT LCD產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)成立于2000年2月18日，主要發(fā)起會(huì)員有達(dá)碁科技、中華映管、瀚宇彩晶、元太科技、聯(lián)友光電、奇晶電子、廣輝電子等七家廠商及研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)——工研院。
TTLA以招收薄膜晶體管液晶顯示器面板生產(chǎn)業(yè)者為主，并收取會(huì)費(fèi)以維持營運(yùn)，目前正朝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化制度、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)與環(huán)保等議題協(xié)商、具主導(dǎo)性之關(guān)鍵產(chǎn)業(yè)研發(fā)技術(shù)及前瞻技術(shù)之開發(fā)、舉辦相關(guān)會(huì)議活動(dòng)與國際組織交流互訪，提供產(chǎn)業(yè)信息、排解國際商務(wù)及貿(mào)易糾紛等目標(biāo)邁進(jìn)，以提升產(chǎn)業(yè)體系之健全發(fā)展，落實(shí)協(xié)會(huì)之成立宗旨。
目前共有9家團(tuán)體會(huì)員，分別為友達(dá)光電、中華映管、瀚宇彩晶、元太科技工業(yè)、奇美電子、工研院、統(tǒng)寶光電、勝華科技、群創(chuàng)光電，會(huì)員代表共計(jì)45位。
Established on Feb. 18, 2000, TTLA is a civil organization with purpose of assisting TFT LCD industry, condensing the consensus through various activities, promoting the cooperation within competition, acting as a window for interaction with international organization, and promoting the integrated growth to whole display industry. After years’striving, the TFT LCD industry has become one crucial industry after IC industry, and becomes also the important member of worldwide display makers. Facing the rapid technical advancement and fierce international competition, TTLA has still a lot of areas to be working on. Therefore, how to strengthen total industry competitiveness and keep an advantage edge in this severe versatile environment are the main topics which all makers are concerned, also the main goals which TTLA are striving for.
