【產(chǎn)通社，3月22日訊】ROHM Group官網(wǎng)消息，受日本東北地區(qū)太平洋地震影響，其Miyagi工廠和Tsukuba工廠尚未完全恢復(fù)生產(chǎn)，主要原因是工業(yè)用水供應(yīng)不足。其中，前者生產(chǎn)大規(guī)模集成電路（LSI），后者生產(chǎn)晶體管和二極管。

ROHM表示，由于ROHM Wako Devices Co., Ltd.以及ROHM Apollo Devices Co., Ltd.的替補(bǔ)供應(yīng)，其能夠完全完成客戶訂單。

The following provides a damage and a status of restoration report for ROHM Group production sites whose operations have been suspended. An announcement will be made as soon as possible regarding any scheduled restoration of operations.

OKI Semiconductor Miyagi Co., Ltd.

Status:  Although the electric power supply has been resumed, the industrial water supply has not yet to be fully restored as of today. The restart of the operation is underway; as soon as the infrastructure is reestablished, we will resume our operation. In addition, a substitute production system is being formulated at the ROHM Kyoto main factory and ROHM Hamamatsu Co., Ltd. Efforts are being made to maintain a supply system that will fulfill customers orders.

Products: Transistors, diodes
Status:  As the industrial water supply has restored, the purified water facility has been initiated to restart. We continue to make efforts toward restration scheduled of April 1.

Further more, thanks to the formulation of a substitute production system at ROHM Wako Devices Co., Ltd. and ROHM Apollo Devices Co., Ltd., a supply system is maintained to fulfill customer orders.
