【產(chǎn)通社，1月3日訊】英商康橋半導(dǎo)體（CamSemi）網(wǎng)站消息，其董事會(huì)已經(jīng)任命Howard Ford為新的董事局主席，任命Martin Stephenson為新任首席財(cái)務(wù)官（CFO）。

Howard has served on the boards of both privately-held and public companies, as well as having many years’ operational experience in developing businesses. In addition to CamSemi, he is chairman of Filtronic plc, a world leader in the design and manufacture of customised components and subsystems for use in wireless communication systems and is also on the board of a UK charity. Previous roles include: chairman of Varioptic, a world leader in focusable liquid lenses for mobile and consumer products; chief executive of BT Cellnet, the UK mobile operator; and several positions with IBM including general manager of its European PC business. Howard was also managing director of Equant Network Services when the company was listed on the NYSE and Paris Bourse before being acquired by France Telecom in 2005.

Martin Stephenson is a chartered accountant who joins CamSemi with almost 20 years’experience in corporate financial management, revenue growth strategies and fund-raising. His previous CFO roles include: Pi Group, where he helped expand turnover from £8m to £25m; Liquavista, a VC-backed spin-out from Philips Electronics where he was closely involved in growing the company in Europe and Asia; and Polatis, a VC-backed company designing and selling optical switches, and where he led the restructuring of the business and raising $10m in new funding.
