【產(chǎn)通社，3月25日訊】諾基亞(Nokia)在去年發(fā)動專利戰(zhàn)，指控宏達電(HTC)、優(yōu)派(Viewsonic)、RIM侵犯45項專利，同時在美國及德國兩地五個法院同時提告。Nokia狀告宏達電和優(yōu)派在美國國際貿(mào)易委員會(ITC)、德拉瓦州地方法院；同時該公司也在德國杜塞道夫地方法院告宏達電和RIM，又分別在德國曼海姆和慕尼黑的地方法院控告上述三家公司侵權。

該45項專利，涵蓋雙功能天線、電源管理和多模式無線電等硬件發(fā)明，以及包含應用程序商店、多任務、瀏覽、對話訊息顯示、動態(tài)選單、數(shù)據(jù)加密和在行動裝置上檢索電子郵件附件等軟件功能。該45項系爭專利如下：
