【產(chǎn)通社，8月23日訊】美國國際貿(mào)易委員會（U.S. International Trade Commission，USITC）官網(wǎng)消息，基于Technology Properties Limited LLC、Phoenix Digital Solutions LLC、Patriot Scientific三家公司的申訴，其將對來自全球24家企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的具有無線功能的消費(fèi)電子設(shè)備及組件發(fā)起“337調(diào)查”，包括平板電腦、智能手機(jī)、電子閱讀器、移動熱點(diǎn)、無線寬帶調(diào)節(jié)解調(diào)器和掌上游戲機(jī)等。

此次調(diào)查涉及的中國企業(yè)包括大陸的華為、中興以及臺灣地區(qū)的宏達(dá)、宏碁等，另有日本的京瓷、任天堂，韓國的三星、LG也在其中。具體涉案企業(yè)名單如下：
