This role is for a Business Analyst position within the Human Resources (HR) Operations Project Management Organization (PMO) team. This organization is chartered with delivering quality projects, on time and on budget to the HR organization. In this position, you will be working on a variety of challenging global and local projects with a mixture of onsite and virtual teams. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Gathering and clarifying business requirements with the customer to understand the business problem
- Understanding the customer's business processes to identify the value drivers associated with the project
- Planning and executing User Acceptance Testing by creating test scripts and/or coordinating testing efforts with end users
- Coordinating end-user training and facilitating Train-the-Trainer sessions

Qualifications
You should possess a relevant educational qualification and solid business analysis skills. Additional qualifications include:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid customer and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work effectively with cross-cultural virtual teams with a strong emphasis on teamwork
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and complete work on time and effectively while working in a fast-paced environment
