Sales Administrator - Japanese Speaking (Ref: SCM-0801)

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting sales in supporting sales in our Supply Chain Management Department. The primary responsibilities include:
    .Processing sales orders & delivery arrangement on product assigned
    .Liaising with customers, agents and counter parties in Japan on various sales information
    .Collecting and manipulating sales data to generate management reports

 
Requirments:

Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:
    .Form 5 graduate, with elementary commercial training preferred
    .Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese, English and Mandarin for effective business communication
    .At least one year's relevant experience in multinational company
