Role Summary
Provide technical support for China customers' projects to achieve the NR goal every year. Help DIN/DWIN/MP TI CI products in China customers' project. Support the customers in Xi'an closely. Help customers find out the issue, analyze the issue and solve the issue. Provide customers with TI CI product & application knowledge.

Primary Responsibility:
Communication Infrastructure field applications engineer in Xi'an mainly focuses on the technical support so that TI CI DSP products can be DIN/DWIN/MP in customers' projects and help TI China's revenue grow. The FAE will provide engineering level support to major accounts developing products with TI communication Infrastructure Hardware and Software. As field application support, he will provide answers of the implementation-related questions or documentation. He will be required to prepare, facilitate, and present product and application training materials to customers. He will diagnose, track, and report component and system problems in support of the customer implementations. The customers will need his expertise during engineering design reviews and he may be required to help with creation of or suggestion of diagnostic enhancements to engineering team. He will need to follow through on new releases of software to be distributed to the customer. Provide fixes and upgrades to customers. Provide on-site development, integration and debugging supports.
The CI FAE must comply with the related Export Control.

Qualifications:
Master Degree or above
3+ years working experience
Wimax/LTE Physical layer baseband experience
TI products knowledge, TI C6000 DSP development experience is required
Knowledge of Wireless system, DSP hardware and software, RTOS, C Language Assembly Language
