職位描述
. Perform definition of analog IC product after investigating the requirements of end customers and studying the products of competitors.
. Evaluate the engineering samples of new products based on the device level and the system level.
. Prepare technical materials, demo prototypes or total system solution for new product promotion.
. Work with FAE to solve system application related issues in end customers side.
. Develop and maintain a solid understanding of system application of end customers and competitors as the product SE owner.
職位要求
. B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics is preferred.
. At least 3 years of working experience in the design of switching mode power systems, DC/DC converter or other analog circuitry.
. A solid understanding of fundamental theories on power electronics and system application of end customers.
. Familiar with the system application of most popular power managements ICs.
.  Familiar with at least on schematic/PCB tool and one simulation software.
. Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skill.
. Good written and verbal English.
. Self-motivated for achieving excellence.
. Good in team work.

. Perform circuit design, analysis and simulation/verification to meet product specifications and application requirements;
. Work with project leaders to complete the project accurately and timely from product definition throughout mass production;
. Support project leaders to interface and coordinate with other departments related to IC development;
. Provide necessary technical support to layout designers;
. Participate in product evaluation work;
. Continuously acquire advanced technical skills and design methodology.

. Must have MS or a higher degree in microelectronics-related filed;
. More than 5 years design experiences in CMOS analog circuit;
. Design experiences include, but not limited to CMOS LDO;
. Experienced in the management of product development cycle from definition through production;
. Self-motivated and energetic to manage projects and team members;
. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
