資深射頻設(shè)計工程師 (Sr. RFIC Design Engineer)
Requirement:
- Master/Ph.D with 3+ years related working experience
- Clear understanding of RF design concepts and knowledge. Modeling and system analysis skill using matlab/ADS, etc.
- Familiar with basic RF circuit building block such as OPAMP, LNA, mixer, PLL, PA, etc.
- Good understanding of modern RF architectures, system partition is a plus

Requirements:
- Bachelor or above degree, or 3+ years related working experience
- Familiar with digital backend flow. Hands on experience on Synthesis, DFT, place & route, CTS, extraction, STA & physical Verification
- Familiar with Cadence Virtuoso will be a plus
- Familiar with scripting languages

Requirements:
- Master/Ph.D, or 3+ years working experience in chip-level verification
- Very experienced in scripting language such as Perl/Shell/awk/tcl, as well as C/C++

- Familiar with ASIC design flow including RTL coding, emulation, synthesis, STA & DFT

集成電路CAD工程師(IC CAD Engineer)
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience on CAD support for digital/analog/mixed-signal IC design
- Familiar with IC design flow and related EDA tools (Cadence, Synopsys and Mentor, etc.) setup under Linux environment.
- Familiar with setup and maintain PDK and libraries
- Familiar with IC design project directory set up and design database management
- Experience in Perl, tcl/tk, C/C++, Synopsys Scheme or Cadence SKILL language is a plus
- Experience in Pcell development is a plus
- Customer oriented, good communication skill
- B.S. Degree or above in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science. Major in Microelectronics is a plus.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering, plus 3 years relative working experience
- Experience in analog/mixed-signal or RF design, support or marketing
- Good understanding on foundry processes, package forms & testing procedures
- Strong written and verbal communications skills in Chinese and English
- Demonstrable leadership skills, strong organizational skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Aggressive, energetic, self-motivated and good communication skills
- Be able to work under stress in a fast-paced environment and travel frequently
- The position is based on Beijing or Shanghai
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical interface for the product line with customers, including managing, tracking until resolution all customer reported problems, and expected to drive the integration of new KTM products into customer products
- Provide customer support by conducting training for customers and Field Applications Engineers, competitive benchmarking, building demo boards, troubleshooting customers’ applications, and gathering and distributing typical device performance data
- Anticipates future requirements and assists in defining new devices by working with customers, design engineers and marketing managers
- Responsible for design collaterals, including data sheet, application notes, requirement documents for new reference designs
- Coordinate internal development and customer support activity
- Communicate with multiple parties to drive production deliverables

應(yīng)用工程師 (Application Engineer)
Requirements:
- Bachelor or above degree, and 3+ years related working experience
- Familiar with board level circuit components such as opamp, regulator, data converters, u-controller/processor, memory, etc.
- Hands on experience on Analog/RF PCB design/layout and firmware.
- Familiar with lab instruments. Hands on experience on device testing, debuging and characterization
- Sufficient English communication skill
